• Responsible for all operations and administrative functions
• Coordination between customers and operations
• Support and growth and business development team
• Assist Head Operations/Business Development Director to resolve operations issues
• Arrange to meet up with clients and take charge of ad hoc projects and events
• Liaising with clients on their requirements
• Conducting incident and accident investigation and report writing where necessary
• Manage day to day deployment of busses and drivers
• Tabulate summary report for finance to prepare for billing (project basis)
• Prepare and submit driver clearance to clients if any
• Pass log sheet to clients
• Provide clients with the vehicle details
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
• Candidate should possess Diploma/Professional qualifications in any field
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Have initiative, drive and motivation to work as a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Meticulous, organized, multi-tasking and proactive
• Self-drive, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
