职位详情：

2.负责辖区内车辆运营效率，工作内容包括但不限于投放点规划、车辆调度、运维及活动运营等；

3.对于运维人员管理，负责区域内运维招聘/考核，合理分配工作任务，促进车辆运营效率的达成，降低运营成本

4.数据分析，负责区域内车辆运营状况分析，制定有效订单提升路径；

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，会中文的应聘者会得到优先考虑，因为我们的工作需要和中方负责人沟通；

2.有bd等商务经验，互联网市场拓展等工作经验者优先;

3.适应户外工作，有良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力、抗压能力；

JobDescription:

1. Love riding bikes.Have a positive attitude towards life. Have good communication skills.

2. Be responsible forthe efficient operation of vehicles in the jurisdictions, including but notlimited to the planning of delivery points, vehicle dispatch, operation andmaintenance and operating activities.

3. For personnelmanagement, you should be responsible for the recruitment, assessment of staff inthe jurisdictions and reasonable allocation of tasks to promote efficientvehicle operation and reduce operating costs.

4. Be responsible fordata analysis of vehicle operating conditions to find effective ways of orderpromotion.

JobQualifications:

1. Undergraduatedegree or above. Candidates who are skilled in Chinese will be preferred,because the position requires communication with Chinese leaders.

2. People who have businessexperience (such as BD) or experience in internet market development are preferred.
