Accounts assistantDescription: - Prepare full sets of accounts, schedule, bank reconciliation, unaudited financial statements and assist in audits when necessary.
- Liaising and attending to clients.
- GST preparation.
- XBRL report preparation.
- Assist in managing clients’ accounting deadlines.
- Attending to bookkeeping function at client’s office.
- To do monthly payroll work for clients.
- Other assignments.
Skill and education requirements: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy .
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Have strong work ethics.
- Familiar with accounting software, especially QUICKBOOK.
- Training provided.
