Store Manager (5-star Monthly Child Care Center) Job Duties: 1.Overseeing the financial performance of the center: ensuring that the center's operational objectives are achieved and that the revenue targets assigned by the Board of Directors are met in a timely and adequate manner; 2. resource coordination: communicates and coordinates with hotels on relevant matters to identify and advocate for the center's interests. Responsible for utilizing and establishing medical/business related resources in the region; 3. Center Management: Day-to-day management of center operations. Establish a unified and efficient organization and work system for the Centre. Sets strategic goals for the overall work of the center, including coordinating and managing the day-to-day tasks of the various functional departments such as nursing, catering, marketing, sales and administration; 4. Active communication with headquarters: implement board resolutions, responsible for the implementation of the overall vision and mission of the headquarters, supervise and organize the implementation of work and inspections as well as performance appraisals, formulate the center's development plan, annual business plan, financial budget plan, profit distribution, and loss compensation plan; 5. Brand maintenance: strive to develop corporate culture and cohesion, improve corporate visibility, establish good communication with customers, maintain a good corporate brand image, minimize customer complaints; 6. Proactive crisis management: handling customer complaints in real time and providing solutions to mitigate negative publicity. Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Hospitality Management or Business Management. Preferred age between 30-45 years old. Requirements will be relaxed for exceptional candidates; 2.Minimum five years of management experience in hospitality operations, sales, medical and beauty company, branded FMCG or marketing operations. Experience in maternity and baby industry or hotel operations is preferred; 3. Proficient in foreign language communication or English business writer is preferred; 4. Good communication skills, teamwork, team building and training experience. Good past sales record and ability to manage and develop interpersonal resources. Ability to adapt to the work pace of a start-up company; 5. Experience in handling customer complaints is preferred
