Customer payment advisor | 5.5 Day | Jalan Besar|
Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide customer service support via phone call, Live chat /emails to clarify the payment details (including amount paid and outstanding balance etc.) and remind clients to make payment
-Understand customers' needs and provide alternative payment plan to aid client’s situation (i.e. dates/amount)
-Handle customer queries & promote RON renew
-Understand and review customers background (such as CPF, income tax, car leasing, credit bureau etc.) and advice whether customers are suitable for installment plan.
-Any ad-hoc duty assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- No prior experience needed, on-job training would be provided
- Have instant message and telephone etiquette
- Ensure each customer is provided with exceptional service
