- Demonstrate integrity in all aspects of the role, from onboarding to branding and customer communications.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the integrity and readiness of account opening documents such as KYC and AML.
- Efficiently handle internal inquiries related to account opening, striving to be accurate the first time.
- Responsible for accurately recording customer information in the internal CRM system in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally during onboarding and account maintenance.
- Cooperate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and maintain high service standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience.
