We are a small accounting and consultancy firm in central, that providing accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial services for our clients. Joining us will make you gain valuable experiences and knowledges for all aspect of accounting, taxation, corporate secretary and client relationship managing skills, as well as business managing experience as a service provider.
Responsibilities: - - Handle full set of accounts using Xero, MYOB(ABSS) and Quickbook for clients;
- - Prepare monthly management report and quarterly GST report for clients;
- - Compilation of financial statements using execl and word;
- - Income tax computation and tax filing for clients;
- - Providing corporate secretarial service to clients; and
- - Other add hoc jobs.
Requirements: - - Diploma in Accounting or Higher
- - At least 3 years of relevant working experiences
- - Mandarin Speaking & Chinese Typing is a must, due to the massive connection with mandarin Speaking clients
- - Must be able to handle full set of accounts up to the balance sheet
- - MYOB(ABSS) or Xero accounting software knowledge (Hands-on experience is an advantage)
- - Microsoft office skill is a must
- - Secretary experience is an advantage
- - Possess strong analytical, communication, and good interpersonal skills
- - Pro-active and independent individual, to manage clients independently
- - Team player who is hands-on, meticulous, willing to learn and work beyond job scope when necessary
- - 5-day week (9:00am to 6:00pm)
- - Able to start work in short notice
