Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage full sets of account books of a given portfolio of client companies
· Managing client deliverables to ensure that agreed timelines are met
· Managing all financial and accounting transactions ensuring that they meet with Singapore’s Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) requirements and utilizing all the tools that we have at your disposal
· Coordinating and liaising with clients on day-to-day accounting matters and queries
· Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances to help our clients make better decisions
· Prepare XBRL/unaudited report/individual income tax/GST returns preparation and filing/payroll
· Constantly updated with new regulations and accounting standards.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
· At least 1 years of relevant work experience
· Working experience with outsourced accounting
· Experience with cloud accounting software such as Quickbooks
· Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills
· A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
· Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving
