Responsibilities:

1.  Preparation of full set presentation, including design concept, space  planning for all layout & selection of materials
2.  Preparation of design drawings, tender drawings, detail drawings & time  schedule
3.  Project management and design team management
4.  Liaison and coordination with clients and sub-contractors
5.  Coordination of site handover and monitor fitting-out progress
6.  Immediate available is preferred

Requirements:

1. Recognised  qualification Interior Design or equivalent.
2. 2 years experience for Interior designer and 5 years experience for Senior  Interior Designer in residential and commercial (corporate office &     retail shop preferred)
3. Proficient and  well versed in AutoCAD, 3DMAX, Photoshop & PowerPoint presentation etc.
4. Knowledge of  space planning, concept work, detail drawing, hand sketch & project  co-ordinate etc.
5. Enjoy working  on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline.
6.  Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
7.  Responsible, independent & creative
8.  Strong leadership
9.  Good presentation and project management skill
10. Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
