Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of production equipment. 1. Maintains production equipment in a manner which meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. 2. Oversees technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment. 3. Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures. 4. Administers training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance and repair programs and procedures. 5. Maintains inventory or spare parts.
Responsible for scheduling activities. 1. Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and process to meet goals outlined. 2. Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. 3. Work is reviewed by management to measure meeting of objectives. 4. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees. 5. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. 6. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules. 7. product designs meet the technological requirements.
3. Defect inspection for new technology and a new formula. Design experiments to test and find new potential risk of defects
in the process, eventually bringing the technology to production requirements.

工艺整合工程师(PIE Engineer) Job Content
Primary Responsibilities: Work with engineering team to establish the technology including process requirements and release, short flow development work, product flows, product qualification and new device setup.
Complex Tasks: Identify risks resulting from integration strategy and work with engineering team to address them. Correlation of test results to process and yield data to identify areas that need to be addressed to resolve problems & get continuous improvement. Experience:
1. Bachelor above degrees in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials science.
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in device analysis or process integration.
3. Exhibit good and open communication skills, be able to work within cross-functional teams Skills / Certifications:
Fluent in English speaking & writing Desired Competencies:
1.Solid technical understanding of IC processing equipment, integrated flow, chemistry and physics
2.Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles

设备工程师(EE) Job Content: 1. Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and ordering equipment that is appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products. 2. Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. 3. Keeps current on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. 4. Studies equipment performance and reliability. 5. Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. 6. Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. 7. Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules. 8. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

工艺技术员: Responsible for performing technical tests and experiments for process of R & D engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturers. Performs set-up of semiconductor processing equipment. Monitors, audits, and provides guidance to line operators. Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results through masking and diffusion for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products. Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year work experience in semiconductor factory.
Be experienced in hold lot handling like OCAP processing, SEM review.
FUR or IMP, WET, PVD, CVD, CMP process work experience is preferred.
Skills / Certifications:
Demonstrated ability to solve issues effectively and efficiently;
Ability to work effectively on a team; self-directed and motivated; strong interpersonal skills.
