Job description
o Provide internal support, to a wide range for products includes but not limited to Microsoft, HP, IBM, Cisco and VMware
o Maintain documentation and ensure information is up-to-date.
o Assist to establish IT related policies and processes, and promote adoption and Adherence.
o Provide periodic/scheduled maintenance of system, performance tunning, troubleshooting system hardware, software and networks issue
o Installing/configuring new computers
o IT related assets tracking and provisioning.
Requirements:
o Minimum Diploma Information and Communication Technology / Computer Science
o Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in related system administration or customer support
o Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Based products. Example, Windows Server 2003/2008 and exchange.
o Good understanding of Systems Architecture and network fundamentals.
o Good Inter-personal Communication skills.
o Must be able to work as part of a team and, be flexible and support colleagues as required
o Good analytical and interpreting skills, which are required to understand and analyze the problems.
o Able to communicate in Chinese (Spoken and writen).
Primary Working Location: Cattel Building at Alexandra Terrace
