House Personal Assistant
*Key Roles:
Management of maids and chauffeur, scheduling their daily tasks and provide translation(English-Mandarin) when required.
Organizing and directing house workers to ensure their day-to-day operations are done smoothly.
Accompany the children to their schools and home, ensuring their safety.
Assist the owner in full spectrum of secretarial duties such as information gathering, errands, reservations etc.
Ensure the owner is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements they are involved in.
Handle travel arrangement, visa applications, accommodation bookings when required.
Manage owner's incoming / outgoing / local / overseas guests, organizing their daily needs and accommodation.
Filling in as a temporary chauffeur when required.
*Requirements
Must be fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
Have atleast 2 years of experience in similar field.
Hotel administration or Concierge experiences are a plus.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. Unless applicant provides strong evidence of extensive professional experience.
Must have a driver's license and be able to drive automatic vehicles.
Diligence and attention to detail a must.
Willing to work over time when required.
Singaporean Citizen/PR only.
