我们是在新加坡新注册的建筑公司，以幕墙安装为主要工作内容。
We are a new Engineering company in Singapore , Major work is curtain wall installation.

现在工地在paya lebar 地铁站附近，因为工作需要，特向外诚聘项目经理一名，无国籍要求，需现在合法在新加坡逗留。
Now ,the site is near Paya Lebar MRT station. As the project needed, we are looking for a PM(Project Mananger). Nationality is not requested.

主要工作内容为管理整个项目运营。具体内容可参见工作合同。
The main work of PM is to run the whole project. Details will be listed on the work contract.

总公司在澳门，在澳门，中国，越南等地均有工程在开展，具有广大的发展空间。
Our head company is in Macau. and there are site in progress in Macau , China mainland and Vietnam at the same time. Good development in your future.

职位要求：
Demands:
1，中文流利或英文流利，无国籍限制；
   Fluent chinese OR english. Nationality is not requested.
2，30000平方米以上项目独立管理经验；
   Experience in More than 30000 square metres independent management.
3, 5年以上本行业工作经验，新加坡1年以上本行业工作经验；
   More than 5 years experience in Curtain wall installation , and work in singapore more than 1 year in the area.
4，熟悉图纸，能够独立安排工作计划；
   Be versed in drawings, and can arrange the work independently.
5，能够独立运营25000平方米幕墙安装的项目；
   Can run 25000 square metres curtain wall installation project.
6，诚实守信。
   Be honest.

待遇：
Treatment:
4000元新加坡币每月，包含：
$4000SGD pre month ,including:
底薪3000元新加坡币。
Basic salary $3000 SGD
每月奖金1000元新加坡币。（包含：项目进度奖金200元，安全奖金100元，质量奖金200元，人员控制奖金200元，辅材控制奖金100元，技术奖金200元）现场变更提成奖金另计。
Bonus $1000 SGD per month., and commission is additional.

每天工作10小时左右。（按照工地施工需要）
Work time is 10 hours per day.(As the project needed.)

公司不提供住宿及餐饮。
Living and meals is not provided by the company.

若为外国国籍，公司将协助办理相关准证。
