Central Responsibilities:
1 Coordinating Logistics matters including Warehousing, Deliveries and Shipment 2 Documents administration including DO, PO & Invoice. 3 Data entries and report generation. 4 Attending to Customer hotline 5 Coordinating with Service department on customer feedback. 6 Coordinating with Promoters on customers’ requirement. 7 Managing Suppliers 8 Miscellaneous items Requirements: 9 GCE "O" level and above. 10 Minimum 3 years experience. 11 PC software skill (such as Microsoft office) 12 Customer orientated, Responsible, Positive , pro-active & commit. 13 Fluent in English & Chinese verbal & written communication in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates 14 Singaporean or PR only. 15 Procession of MYOB skills & experience in Consumer Industry will be an added advantage.
