Work Pass: 4，Work Permit，MNC singapore(WP准证4人,跨国集团KSB新加坡公司)

Position: Service Technician / Mechanical Fitters（服务技术员/机械维修员/钳工）

Preferred age: 28 to 38 years old（28－38岁优先）

Responsibilities（工作职责）:

•Perform indoor/outdoor service work, supervision and commissioning assistance.

处理户内外服务工作、执行监督和委派的协助性工作。

•Perform repair and overhaul of pumps and valves (industrial pumps/valves).

执行检修工业泵阀工作。

•Housekeeping of service workshop.独立完成服务性工作。

•Maintain service technical documentation.独立完成维修技术文件

•Maintenance of service workshop equipment and instructions.据指示完成配备维修。

•To liaise with supplier/customer on all service request. 按服务要求联络供应商或客户。

Requirements技能要求:

• ITE (Megatronics) or equivalent experience.具有半导体、机电或相关经验。

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical equipment servicing.至少一年以上机械或电子方面的实践经验

• Pumps & valves maintenance.拥有泵阀维修经验。

• Resourceful with good communication skill.具有良好的人际沟通能力。

• Class 3 driving license prefer.3号驾照优先。

• Computer literate.具有一定的电脑知识。

*Remarks: Must be able to speak and understand simple English.会说、听懂简单英语。

Below is the offer salary package（职位待遇）:

Basic: S$1000，Housing: S$300，OT – Estimate S$350，Site Allowance – Estimate S$150

起新1000新币，住补300新币，加班均约350新币，岗位津贴150新币(至少1800以上)。

Working hours: 40hrs a week / 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.（每周工作40小时，即周一至周五朝九晚六）

OT will be calculated for Sat & Sunday.（周六日视为加班）

Others benefits（其他福利）:年假16天，14天医疗休假，每年有第13个月薪水作花红。

   1.16days of annual leaves

   2.14days of medical leaves as per MOM

   3. AWS Bonus (one month salary) provided at the end of the year

Kindly note that the Overtime allowance is estimated around S$300 up to S$700 in some good months. S$300 is the average and usually they have more overtime. As for the site allowance, it will be given about S$40/per site/per day as long as the worker have to work outside project and usually it is about S$150 a month and might be higher is needed to work outside more. Please note that the OT & Site allowance will varies but it should be better and higher.提示：某些月份加班津贴在300－700新币，300新币是均数，岗位津贴指只要在户外工作时即给予补贴，通常每个工地每天给予40新币，按月则在150新币或更高。

Please note that the client might need up to 4 candidates (they have more than enough work permit quota).Kindly also note that if the candidates does not have any experience in pumps & valves, but have mechanical background can also be considered as trainings will be provided for the first 3 to 6 months.现需4名（因仍有WP配额如有合适人选可增加），如应聘人无足够的泵阀经验，但有机械背景也可考虑，但赴新须提供前3－6月的培训。
