Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Sales ExecutiveResponsibilities:
- Maintain & establish clientele base by telemarketing & source and assist in their staffing needs.
- Update database for both clients & candidates informations /resumes .
- Conduct branch/oversee interview & identify best-fit candidates for client.
- Liaise with client about the job offer process & packages(salary).
- Develop & manage client relationships.
- Create market awareness through research & networking.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" & "A" level.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented & Performance driven.
- Able to build rapport & posses positive attitude.
Others:
- 5 days work week.
- Commission + Achievement Bonus. Attractive Commission up to $3K +++
- Only SG or PR
