Job Responsibilities 工作范围:
1 Attend phone calling and taking orders 接听电话,点单/点菜
2 Bussing and resetting tables 布置/设置餐桌
3 Greet guests and provides menu 称呼客人,提供点餐菜单
4 Inspect dining room, serving stations for neatness & cleanliness, correct the deficiencies if any 检查与确保饭厅,服务站时时保持干净,卫生,整齐。如有不符合的地方,必须及时改正
5 Display knowledge of the food menu, wine & liquor menu, ingredients in specialty drinks, employee handbook, layout of restaurant 200 level, liquor law 清楚了解餐单/菜单,酒类餐单,特别饮料的成分,雇佣守则,餐厅设计/布局,酒精饮料法律
6 Must listen and respond to customer complaints (acknowledge, apologize, act) 必须应对客人的投诉(认知,道歉,采取行动)
7 Must be courteous, pleasant, and well groomed at all times 时时刻刻保持笑容,有礼貌,注重个人礼仪
8 Receive payment for all services provided to the customer 处理客人的付款
9 May prepare beverages and expedite food orders 需要时必须准备客人的饮料和加快客人的订单
10 Provide excellent customer service at all times 提供卓越的顾客服务
11 Must carry out all other duties as delegated by the Restaurant Coordinator & F&B Supervisor 必须完成餐厅协调员与餐饮部主管的吩咐
12 Practice smart service - checking identification before serving customers 确保食物/饮料递送给正确的客人
13 Other duties as required 其他需要执行的任务
