Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Sales ExecutiveResponsibilities:

• Maintain & establish clientele base by telemarketing & source and assist in their staffing needs.
• Update database for both clients & candidates informations /resumes .
• Conduct branch/oversee interview & identify best-fit candidates for client.
• Liaise with client about the job offer process & packages(salary).
• Develop & manage client relationships.
• Create market awareness through research & networking.
  

Requirements:

• Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented & Performance driven.
• Able to build rapport & posses positive attitude.
  

Others:

• 5 days work week.
• Commission + Achievement Bonus. Attractive Commission up to $3K +++
