BRWEING INSTRUCTION
1. Take 10grams (approximately 1 full tablespoon) of ground civet coffee and pour into a ceramic cup. We recommend ceramic cup because it is able to preserve the water temperature and thus maintaining the greatness of the coffee flavor.
2. Add approximately 160ml/cc of water. Water should be ‘just off the boil’, approximately 92o C – 96 o C. Stir well.
3. Wait for 2 minutes until the residue falls down.
4. The smooth finest civet coffee is ready to serve. Do not reheat coffee.
