Job Responsibilities:                       
·        Developing and implementing humanresources strategies
·        Developing, updating and implementinghuman resources policies and processes
·        Manpower planning
·        Familiarizing with Employment Act, CPFAct and statutory regulations
·        Recruitment, conducting interviews,selection and etc
·        Drafting and posting job advertisement
·        Performing due diligence, backgroundand reference check for shortlisted candidates
·        Maintaining and updating personal filesand database for all staffs
·        Conducting orientation for newemployees
·        Preparing letter of appointment,confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation, termination and etc
·        Developing and reviewing compensation& benefits e.g. incentives,recognition, awards and etc
·        Planningand implementing healthy lifestyle initiatives e.g. organize sports andrecreational events
·        Administration for annual leave of allstaffs
·        Employee Relations and Communicatione.g. listening, understanding, managing and resolving dispute and grievances
·        Developing and implementing employeeloyalty and retention initiatives
·        Learning & development
·        Application of government traininggrants and maintaining training records
·        Performance management
·        Successionplanning
·        Meeting and liaising with people e.g.external service providers, clients, stakeholders and etc

·        Ensuring the completeness and accuracyof the human resources-relating document files
·        Work passapplications/renewal/cancellation of work passes
