地点：市区
时间：8小时/天 & 5天/周 （拜一-拜日 8.00am to 10.00pm 轮班）
类型：1年合同（可续约）
其他：要求可尽快入职，培训期后提供额外的客服补助

职责：
接听客人来电
提供有关公司产品、服务的信息
及时跟进客人的咨询、建议或投诉

要求：
GCE ‘O’ levels 以上学历
良好沟通能力
英文口语流利
能立即开始工作
有类似经验者为佳

Customer Service Officer / 1 Yr Contract / Central / MNC / up to 2k + Allowance

Job Responsibilities:
Attend to customers incoming calls
Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and complaints
Deliver excellent customer service

Job Requirement:
Min GCE ‘O’ levels
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
Those with experience in call centre, customer service will be highly advantageous
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
Working Hours : 5 days per week & 8 hours per day (Monday to Sunday 8.00am to 10.00pm rotating shifts)
Additional Customer Service Allowance will be provided after training completion
