Responsibilities

• Arranging & Coordinating import, export & transhipment
• Liaising with local contractors on timely collection and delivery of cargoes
• Sourcing for rates from carriers & contractors and handle customer enquiries
• Support overseas offices by providing quotations and transport solutions
• Validation on contractor’s invoice for costing and invoicing customers for payment
• Shipping and transportation documents
  

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• At least 1 year's experience in freight forwarding industry
• Having both sea and air experience is a plus
• Can work independently and responsible with committed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English & Mandarin, mandarin reading/writing is a plus (liaise with Mandarin speaking client)
• Commencing work immediately or with short notice is a plus
• Singaporean/PR
