- Room comes with attached bathroom, so you won't be sharing bathroom with anyone.

- 5mins walk to Farrer Road MRT (yellow line). Just one stop to Holland Village and many direct buses to CBD. Close to Orchard Rd.. just 10-min bus ride. Walkable to Botanic Garden.
- We have maid come in weekly to clean up common area of the house.
- The rent is $1450 inclusive of utilities bill and wifi.
