CompassLoft is an initiative of the Potato Productions Groupthat aims to bring together Chinese audiences that want to learn aboutdifferent career perspectives via workshops and activities sgchineseapore and theregion. It facilitates the exchange of ideas, career and industry knowledge,and the exploration of new business opportunities. Through these, members willbecome acquainted with various job prospects, find new friends, build networksand share life journeys. Key job responsibilities: • Conceptualise and write contextually andcreatively to meet the various communication requirements • Create written content for advertising andmarketing purposes with a consistent brand voice on various mediums, especiallyon social media platforms (Facebook, Weibo & Wechat), website & printeddocuments • Provide materials to the press and externalpartners • Edit and proof-read content • Develop event information and e-newsletters • Perform in-depth market research to understand thecompany and the industry to build the brand identity with the right message • Work with the team & supervisor to determinethe tone and brainstorm ideas • Work with a designer on marketing materials andevent collaterals • Write bimonthly columns on the website Requirements: • Singapore citizen or PR only • Degree/Diploma in related field, i.e. Journalism,Marketing, Communication • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (preferablenative mandarin speaker) • Know how to write and copywrite in both Englishand Mandarin • Strong conceptual and proof-reading skills • Have a deep understanding of social mediaplatforms (Facebook, Weibo & Wechat), print and web • Team player with excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, creativity & responsibilities • Motivated to take initiatives and bring ideas tothe table Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
