为何现在的80后妈妈坐月子都比较愿意选择月子会所和月子餐呢?仅仅是跟随潮流吗?我们了解下来原因有两点,其一是月子中心和专业月子餐符合年轻人科学坐月子和育儿的潮流,其二是年轻人担心在坐月子期间与老人因观念上的分歧产生矛盾无法化解。
现在很多80后的准妈妈们都非常清楚,月子期间最容易与妈妈、婆婆以及老公产生矛盾。越来越多的准妈妈宁可多花钱住月子中心,也不愿意产后由长辈来照料,这就是所谓的花钱图省心。很多新孕妈妈们都表态:“平时跟老人就是分开住的,坐月子期间本来事情就多,刚做妈妈的人情绪也不稳定,很容易与家中老人出现矛盾,让夹在中间的老公也感到为难。只要经济条件允许,希望去月子中心,花点钱,全家人都能轻松。去月子中心就尽可能避免与老人因长期住在一起面对诸多家庭琐事而产生的矛盾。” 还有一部分80后妈妈觉得月子会所费用比较贵,也不如家里住得舒服,便会选择月子餐外送服务,毕竟月子期间每天除了睡就是吃,和妈妈婆婆的矛盾主要集中在饮食上面,订购外送月子餐也能很好规避这类矛盾,毕竟专业的外送月子餐有科学的营养搭配和严格的制作标准,妈妈婆婆看了之后比较放心,也就不会再多说什么了。腾出伺候产妇吃喝的时间可以全心全力照顾新生宝宝。
Stage 1 (The First week after Childbirth) - First Stage is to detox, a woman is at her weakest immediately after giving birth thus it is not advisable to take tonics or nutritious food immediately. It is best to suggest taking Sesame Pork Kidney / Pork Liver daily.
1、坐月子三阶段:一排二调三补 - 具体是将产后一个月按周划分,每周根据需要,吃不同的食品:
- 第一周,主要是要把多余的水分和毒素以及恶露排出体外。每天多喝汤,吃麻油炒猪肝(猪肝有助于排毒)
产后第1周的主要目标是“利水消肿”,使恶露排净,因此绝对不能大补特补。正确的进补观念是:先排恶露、后补气血,恶露越多,越不能补。 - 还要掌握阶段性食补的概念。简单地说,就是前2周由于恶露未净,不宜大补,饮食重点应放在促进新陈代谢,排出体内过多水分上。如,第1周以“麻油猪肝”为主要食品,帮助子宫排出恶露与其他废物;第2周则以“麻油腰子”活化血液循环,预防腰酸背痛。等到第3、4周,恶露将净,才可以开始多吃,补血理气。有些产妇不忍心拒绝家人的爱心表示,生产一结束就吃很多,从第一天到月子的最后一天,不胖才怪!除此之外,饮食上更应力求清淡、少盐、忌脂肪、趁热吃饭、细嚼慢咽、谢绝零食等等,如能遵守这些原则,月子内的进补就不会有发胖之虞,可谓两全其美。注意不能喝水(否则排水的效果就没了),渴了就喝止渴饮料,如煮开的米酒。注意,任何菜都不能放水,用米酒煮开代替。不能放盐(盐会使水分停留在身体里),不能放醋(醋会 使骨质变软),不能放酱油(道理同盐)。
Stage 2 (The Second Week after Childbirth) - Repairs tissues and restore internal organs.
第二周,主要增强骨质和腰肾的功能,恢复骨盆。 - 每天吃炒腰子和杜仲粉,有助于缓解尾椎 骨等骨疼;(另:如果是剖腹产,还要再喝一周生化汤)。禁忌同上,也不要吃咸菜,泡菜,味曾汤。
Stage 3 and 4 (The Third Week and Fourth Week) - After detoxing, this is the period to rebuild your strength and vitality, it’s depend on your continued careful attention to your diet, which must include plenty of foods high in proteins and try to cut down food that are high in carbohydrates. Thus at this period, should take foods that are able to rebuild the health: Example Sesame Chicken and Tonic Soup.
第三周到一个月,这时候,该排的已经排完,主要多吃滋补身体的食物。千万记得,排完毒素后营养才能被身体吸收,否则堆积在身体里,成为多余的脂肪。 因为前期身体虚弱,中医讲虚不受补,吃了吸收不了,只会加重身体的负担。很多种的食物,都要用到大量的米酒(不能用料酒和黄 酒,里面含盐且工艺不同),生姜,胡麻油,红糖。
爱美的妈妈注意了,生产过后一定要绑腹带,最好连睡觉也不例外。这样不但可以帮助身材的恢复,还有预防内脏下垂和皮肤松弛、消除妊娠纹的作用。不过,要用真正为孕妇生产的腹带,是一条长条状的带子,可以自由绑腹,由下往上沿着身体曲线缠绑,这样才能将下垂的腹部完全提起并予以支撑、塑型。此外,产妇虽然应避免劳动,但适度运动以消除腰部、臀部的赘肉、恢复弹性是有必要的。一般来说,产后14天就可以开始进行腹肌收缩、仰卧起坐等运动,喜欢有氧舞蹈的妈妈,则要等上6周才可以重新开始。总之,产后运动要持之以恒,效果将出奇的好。
亲自哺乳
妈妈的身体为了制造乳汁,会将怀孕期间所储存的脂肪组织一点一点消耗掉。每天制造乳汁,大约消耗2 092~3 347.2焦耳(500~800卡)的热量,一个月后,会比不喂哺母乳的妈妈多消耗62 760~10 0416焦耳(15 000~24 000卡)热量,换算成脂肪的话,那就是将近2千克的肥肉!因此,许多医学研究都证明,亲自哺乳的妈妈比较能早日恢复身材,并且降低乳腺癌、卵巢癌的发生率。
