五天制工作时间  待遇优厚( 1.8k - 2.2k) ，公司在reffles ，工作环境好

要求：中英文流利，三十岁以下，对学历无太高要求，形象好
          只限新加坡公民/ PR/ DP/ LTVP+

Duties:

• Maintain reception area
• Greeting of all visitors, directing where appropriate and ensuring the appropriate employee knows the client/s are waiting
• Perform overflow secretarial/administrative duties
• Assisting with travel and hotel accomodation arrangement
• Update office seating plan and telephone lists
• Maintain booking system for meeting rooms
• Organising national and international couriers and mail
• Order business cards
• Responsible for company Security Access Keys including the acting and deactivating and keeping up to date records for audit purposes
• Adhoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• GCE O Level and aboveExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
