*Position Title Assistant SalesManager

*Responsibilities

1.Support Sales Manager in managing the sales account online;

2.Prepare and process sales orders, ensure delivery is effected as requested bycustomer;

3.Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, handle sales enquiry, complain andfollow up;

4.Any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

*Requirement

1.Relevant experience in e-business is preferred;

2.Familiar with computer and internet operation;

3.Meticulous and is able to work independently under time stress;

4.Able to multi-task and meet deadline;
