Account & admin Assistant
Job Description: Account:
Verify and input the transaction code in the bank advice. Claiming expense for Directors. Simple accounting works and assis in month end closing.
Administration: admin function support (issue cheque, filling payment form) Answer phone call & take down message.
In charge of the overall running of theoffice to ensure smooth office working environment
General administration and support functionsto other departments
Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
GCE A / OLevels / Diploma holder At least1 years of relevant experience Maturedwith high level of integrity, long term commitment Self-motivatedand able to work with minimum supervision Able tocommence work within short notice Jobrequire to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking associates Location: Singapore Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm Please furnish us with your updated resumewith the following:
