Job Description

·To liaise with site representative on a project and site operation.·协助工地代表管理工地运作项目
·To verify drawing/technical specification for adequacy.
·查证图纸与工程条例
·To monitor progress of construction operation.
·监控施工进度
·To supervise, plan and direct the construction work force daily.
·监督、策划每天施工量
·To co-ordinate and liaise with subcontractors.
·协助分包公司工作
·To control the requisition and storage of materials and equipments.
·控制材料订单以及设备储存
·Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices.
·遵守施工程序和个人施工安全
·Recommend measures to improve productivity
·协助提高生产效率
·Train or arrange for training of workers
·训练工人以及安排工人受训
·Attend to site tests and inspections.
·管理工地测试以及验收
·Attend site progress meetings and provide timely updated reports to the Manager.
参加工地工程进展会议和及时更新报告给工程经理
·Other related duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements



·Relevant experience in supervisory capacity in Construction works.
相关的建筑工程督工方面的工作经验
·Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.

·Good positive working attitude, self-motivate and responsible.

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
