<P>报名的话，费用都是250新币吧？不知现在变了没有？去british council或是IDP都可以。我考两次都是在IDP，那里人比较少，口语一般会在笔试当天下午或是第二天考。british那边据说人很多，口语会在笔试后好几天才考。或许british的英语会比较标准？</P>

<P>the examiner in IDP( i mean for speaking section) hold singlish.if your get used to singlish.that's fine.</P><P>the examiner in british council who i encounted was a nice british lady with good accent.</P><P>the fees for register are the same,i think.</P><P>if you want to undertake a IELTS course, go to british council.they have one.</P>
