Singapore - Linkin Park is coming to East Asia for a series of concerts next month!
Chester Bennington (vocals), Brad Delson (guitar), Mike Shinoda (vocals), Rob Bourdon (drums), Darren "Phoenix" Farrell (bass) and DJ, Joseph Hahn played an unforgettable gig in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in mid October 2003.
It is not surprising that they are currently considered one of the best live acts in rock as the guys have been touring extensively over the past five years including playing 324 shows in 2001 alone.
Formed in the late '90s in Southern California, the band's 2001 debut album, Hybrid Theory, has sold over 8 million copies to date. It was the top-selling album of 2001 and the fifth best-seller of 2002 in America.
Linkin Park released a follow-up remix album, Reanimation, in July 2002, and then released their second studio effort, Meteora, in 2003. The first single, "Somewhere I Belong," was an instant smash.
The quintet won Favourite Rock Act and Favourite Video (for "Somewhere I Belong") at this year's MTV Asia Awards in February.
