Hi,

You need to go RCB. It's in International Plaza. If you are SPR or Singaporean, it's much easier to register a business. Otherwise you have to look at least one SPR or Singaporean to partner with you.

The company proposal is not necessary unless your company is fully foreign company with big investment plan. There sre got two types of business. One is so-called Firm, another is Company.

Firm is a umlimited company. It's under loose control. You can use your HDB house to be the office address (Conditional). But very risky. If your partner borrow money in name of your company name and he cannot pay back, or he claims bankrupcy, you need pay for him even you HDB house or car....

Company is a very formal business body. It's so-called "Pte Ltd". But government has very strict control. They have yearly finance audit to you. One of the partner must be full-time manager. You must report your employee's conditions and you have to pay CPF to your employees. You need to pay annual tax or other fees. You must have fixed office. You must register your company address under certain requirements. Surely it could not be HDB house.....

Hope this website will help you.
