<DIV>Our client manages a portfolio of valuable world-class assets and holds pre-eminent market share in the global mining industry. Its commodity portfolio includes iron ore, heavy minerals, base metals, coals and industrial minerals in three continents: Africa, Australia and Asia. They are currently operating one of the world抯 largest reserved qualities of Iron Ore and own almost half of the world抯 known lump ore reserves. </DIV>
<DIV>Currently our Client is looking for a Financial Manager for their operation in China. Main tasks of the position include but not limited to; preparing and submitting 1 year and 5 years financial planning with excellent level of analysis, monthly reporting to the Board of Directors and Head Office, establish, execute and implement the internal control, process, inventory and other finance related procedures, implement SAP system, management of capital budgets and project as well as being responsible in good governance of the company and the protection of shareholder investment. The person will also have to establish and maintain good relationship with external partners such as taxation bureaus, external audit, Chinese banks as well as other relevant government bodies.

The ideal candidate should have sufficient experience working in Multinational operations in China preferably coming from the industrial or manufacturing background with excellent knowledge on the costing, pricing, and inventory. In addition, the candidate will also be familiar with the PRC and IAS GAAP as well as relevant taxation law and regulations in China. Relevant degree in Accounting and Finance is a must, Master degree and CPA qualification is desirable. Candidate is required to speak fluently both in English and Mandarin, possesses excellent communication, leadership, inter personal and cross-cultural skills as well as ability to work under pressure individually or as member of a team. </DIV>
