<P>Description</P></B>
<P>The Marina Bay area will be transformed into the most happening carnival the nation has ever seen.</P>
<P>Held in conjunction with Singapore's 39th National Day Celebrations, the carnival will include an International Fireworks Festival, Outdoor Mega Concerts and a 16-day Food and Fun Fair Event.</P>
<P>This is the first time that the International Fireworks Festival is being held in Singapore. The Festival will be held over 3 weekends, with a different country firing every Sunday night. The fireworks firing teams that will grace the occasion would be the teams from Hong</FONT><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3> </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>Kong, Singapore and USA. Each fireworks performance would be 15 minutes long depending on the individual teams choreography.</P></FONT><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>
