<P>1. In Chinatown, there are many pubs, KTV, karaok. You can try to seek jobs there. Usually they dun open until after 5pm, so you can just walk in directly and ask whether they need waiter or not</P><P>2. You should have some local friends here. Try to ask them whether they have any job information. As far as I know, many singaporeans (students especially those in poly) also take the part time job to get some extra money. Maybe they can also give you a surpirse.</P><P>3. Go throught the agents in Singapore. (Usually the recruit express, GMP etc are the big agents company in Singapore and they can also offer you much information, but they also deduct much money from you)</P><P>4. Go and apply for tuition grant if you can. Doing the part time job can save you for a few weeks but it cannot save you all the time. Tuition grant can at least make you safer although you have to pay off after graduation.</P> |
