who said only nus, ntu can apply only, any students who studied in overseas for more than one year can apply taxfree domestic made cars, most models selling in china today.you have to go to china embassy in singapore to ask them issue you a "chu guo liu xue ren yuan hui guo zhen ming" . the process does not take lone. within one month at longest.
