Below is the last email for event 601, just for your information. I am sorry for 
all the English, but it save the typing time for me. For all the applicants, if
 you received my "congratulation" email, you should have this email too. I omit 
some content with "...", so please check your email for the details. For the 
applicants who have not received the "cong" email, we will try to put you in our
 next event(it will be 3 weeks later). For all the volunteer applicants, we will
 start to send the next event infor, so you can whether you can help 
or not.)

Hi, all: 
This letter includes that the final program schedule and other important 
information. Please read it carefully. And, we suggess you print out this 
letter and the map attached and bring them with you on Saturday.
 
1. The final cost for this event will S$14 per person. Before you register on 
Saturday, please prepare S$4 in advance, thank you. 
2. There will be a meeting point at Queenstown MRT exit. ....
3. There will be four volunteers .....On the day of the event, if you have any 
question, please call me. 
4. How to go to Tulip Garden:

5. We plan to give every attendee a hard copy of the name list, which includes 
all attendees' name and email address. However, I have to get the permission 
from all of you first. I guess some of you may be concern about the email 
address. If so,  please drop me an email, and we will not list your email 
address. Why name list? During the last event, ppl had to spend some time on 
writing down everyone's name, so I think a simple name list will save everyone 
time, energy and ink :-). 
 
6. Program schedule: 
5:30 - 6:00 :到达及注册 
6:00  - 7:30  :互相介绍 活跃气氛集体活动(ice-breaking game-破冰游戏) 
7:30  - 9:00  :BBQ,自由活动 
9:00  - 10:30 :集体活动 
 
7. Dressing
Casual, 便服. TIP: informal, but make you look nice
 
8. Weather
Saturday: Variable clouds with scattered thunderstorms. High 87F. Winds light 
and variable. Chance of rain 60%.According to my observation, although it rains
 every afternoon, it stop before 6pm.Meanwhile, we have the backup plan, so do 
not worry too much about rain.
