VISIT PASS,VISA&VISIT PASS,ENTRY VISA的区别

<P>我想去新加坡看朋友，想办观光签证，在网上下载了申请表（FORM 14），但是有三个选项我不知道该选哪个好：</P>
<P>APPLICATION FOR A: </P>
<P>1,VISIT PASS</P>
<P>2,VISA&amp;VISIT PASS</P>
<P>3,ENTRY VISA</P>
<P>想问一下这三个有什么异同啊？谢谢！！</P>

这三个都不用选，到ICA他们会帮你选的。

<P>我在安徽合肥，那是应该去上海的领事馆还是北京的大使馆呢？还有，我在网上看到旅游签证有两种，一种是随团的，能呆4天，一种是个人的，能呆14天，但是听人说个人的那种不是很好办，是不是真的啊？还有我在上海领事馆的网站上看到观光签证（我就打算办这种）能呆30天，可是我在北京的大使馆网站上看到只能呆14天，这到底是怎么回事啊？</P><P>对了，我打算明年的2月14号去新加坡，因为正是过年其间，我担心领事馆或者大使馆要休息所以办不成，请问怎么办啊？谢谢！</P>

My opinion is:
1. Visit Pass is something a person must hold in order to stay in singapore.
2. Visa = Entry Visa with that  a person can  enter into singapore and stay a very short time:

<font color="black" face="arial" size="2">               Applicable to the following categories: </font></p><ul><li><font color="black" face="arial" size="2">Persons with approval letters for Singapore            Permanent Residence issued by ICA.
            
            </font></li><li><font color="black" face="arial" size="2">Persons with in-principle approval letters for            the various types of passes to be collected at ICA or MOM e.g. Work Permit, Employment            Pass, Student Pass, Long-term Social Visit Pass, Professional Visit Pass.
            
            </font></li><li><font color="black" face="arial" size="2">Persons with approval letters issued by ICA to            collect their visas at Beijing Mission. </font></li></ul>so for your case, I think you should apply visa and visit pass
