<P>first: if you are using O LEVEL cert. to apply poly, you cant combine the other English qualification with O LEVEL cert. to apply.</P><P>second:F9, it would not be accepted by any poly.</P><P>you can apply private O LEVEL for English only and apply poly next year. </P>
