You need to know English listening skills, get your English teacher to guide you. English rhythm 韵律 is very different from Asian languages (including Chinese), and that's the main cause for difficulty of students.

我用中文说两句：听力训练其实有技巧可寻，听BBC是没有错的，但是你能抓住的有效词汇是哪些？允许只是你最熟悉的那几个单词，如果是这样，就和没有听一样。做一些最基本的听写练习，坚持做一些时间，并随时扩大词汇量。你会看到效果的。找外国人联系英文，是个笑话，他们会很客气的告诉你：你的英文很好呀！不是他们不诚实，是因为他们觉得我们能说英语就是厉害。主要原因他们不会中文。

i got many CDs of english pop song. i used to listen it when i was free. and i think it is useful.[em01]
