关于申请PR的材料和公证

请问申请PR需要哪些材料？哪些需要公证？我的出生证明在国内省级公证处公证过的，可以用吗？另外，我的学历出来时没做公证，在新加坡有地方可以做吗？ICA是否承认？

同意第4楼朋友的观点，别被中介蒙了！PR根本不需要通过中介.关于申请永久居民的资料呈报，我把“美丽狮城”一位网友的置顶贴上，第13楼贴子的部分内容转贴在下面:

The originals and a photocopy of each of the following items are required. Official translations are required if they are not in English.（非英文本需要翻译） Original documents will be returned immediately after sighting.
(a) Valid travel documents of all applicants. Photocopies of passport pages showing their personal particulars, official descriptions and Singapore immigration endorsements are required.（护照或签证）
(b) Identity card, if applicable.（登记）
(c) Work pass（工作准证）
(d) Educational certificates, transcripts, Professional membership certificates and vocational trade certificates. For graduates, 2 photocopies of degree/diploma are required.（学历证书、专业或技术文凭或会员证）
(e) Official marriage certificate, if applicable（结婚证书）
