关于生孩子的问题

97回归以后，中国人在香港生小孩，就算父母都不是香港公民，都可以拿到香港出生证并且是公民。但是这样去生的大部分人是广东地区的，父母不是香港人只是想要帮孩子做香港身份。还有一部分是嫁个香港人的，不想叫孩子排对太久就用探亲时逾期居留，等生完孩子才离开香港。因为回归了，香港在新的政策下也拿这些人没办法，国内的做法通常是交罚款，可是毕竟人家是夫妻和自己的小孩，所以就算交了罚款以后还是可以被获准入境香港的。通常他们都是拿旅游或探亲签注到香港，然后找个地方藏起来，到快生时才去医院。香港入境处不可以因为对方是孕妇就不准她们入境的。（以前有限制）。所以这也是现在的一个漏洞。一般生下来几天，拿着医院的出生纸就可以去入境处申请身份证了，然后就办理回乡证，那些父母才带着BABY回国内的。</DIV>
伏明霞就是这样在香港生第一个孩子的，也因为如此梁景松遭非议下台了。

建议在新加坡生了。养小孩确实很累，不过乐趣也多多。再有，就是相信有回报吧。

好像听说第二个或者更多的，大使馆给办护照，也就是承认你是中国人，但好像不给户口。听说而已。

没用户口以后回国怎么办，也就办不了身份证了？

You can ask your parents (better still parents in law) to come over to take care of your wife near delivery. After the first month, your wife should recover fully and able to take care of herself and new baby. Don't worry about your elder son. He will learn to behave when he has new sister or brother. In the worst case, your parents can bringh him back to China earlier. When your new baby is 3 months old, you can send your wife and baby back to China. Don't worry too much. It is not very difficult to take care of new baby. I just had my second daughter 3 months ago. Nothing is too difficult if you just commit a little more time and care to your wife and baby. You will feel sorry if you miss this most important period of your second child.
