什么人才能买hdb？

看了下面的全新hdb购买条件，是不是一定要兄弟姐妹或父母或配偶也是一个PR才能买呢？
那么二手房 resale flat 的标准是什么呢？
请问本地condo最便宜的需要多少钱？在哪里可以看到？
You will have to meet the following conditions to buy a new flat from HDB : 
<DIV class=SectionHeader>Citizenship</DIV> You must be a Singapore Citizen. Your family nucleus must comprise of at least another Singapore Permanent Resident or Singapore Citizen.

新的，至少一个公民，一个PR；
resale，至少两个PR
公寓便宜的（两卧房），35-40万可以搞定（5-10年的）

楼上的，请问你后面说的（5-10年）是什么意思啊？
另外，lz你好象满了35岁的话，也可以买。不然的话，需要联名。

银行拍卖的公寓更便宜~35-40可以买无设施4+1的楼中楼....不过关键还是要看地点和屋龄.

他后面的5-10年是指 5-10年屋龄~ 就是建成到现在的时间大概5-10年的屋子
