New Paper 有关 Zone-Financial’s Han总裁的文章。大家不妨来这个年轻的公司亲自见识一下这位二十五六岁的年轻总裁，听听他讲述如何从十几岁就冲进金融市场先亏后赚，并以100多万所赚的资金开设了这家公司。。以上是斑竹的原话，相信很多人多见过，从New Paper的文章，我们看到有点不一样：。年轻总裁在21岁时，用八个月把60000炒成480000，然后同一年，投资10万在一夜间输掉50万，让父母负债累累。不是先亏后赚，应该是先赚后亏，这符合期货投资的一般规律。。25岁时，自己名下没钱，向父母借了15000元，开了一间期货培训公司。原来并不是并以100多万所赚的资金开设了这家公司，是用15000元开的，还是借的。。现在又有钱了，但不知是炒期货还是开培训公司赚的。

HAD TO SKIP MEALS 'I remember there was one day when I was walking past this hawker centre at lunch time and all I could afford was a whiff of the roast duck hanging on a seller's hook,' he recalled.His family had to skip meals too.His mother, Mrs Florence Han, 50, said she would often go without food, not just because she had no money, but because she had no appetite.'Our problems were on my mind,' she said. 'It was so bad I couldn't even afford to give my two other children their pocket money.'At that time, Mr Han's two sisters were, at 18 and 14, still in school.'During their holidays, they would try to do part-time jobs to get some pocket money,' Mrs Han recalled.Mr Han would be in camp for his national service during the day, work as a waiter in the evening and, sometimes, as a security guard at night.By early 2004 he had managed to pay off the loans.It is a period he does not want to live through again, but that was when he developed his current method of investing by speaking to other traders.'I wanted to know what people did wrongly. I must've spoken to more than 100 traders,' he said.At 25, with no money to his name, he started his company, Zone Financial, with a $15,000 loan from his parents.For Mrs Han, it wasn't easy to trust her son with money again.'I was very worried and had my doubts initially.'But I can see his passion for what he's doing and what happened before wasn't entirely his fault. It was a good lesson learnt,' she said.This time, Mr Han also wants to share his passion with others. So his company runs courses.'I wanted to share with others what I've learnt,' he said.He claimed he has coached close to 500 students since September 2004.Mr Han declined to discuss the methods he teaches in the course.He charges $2,688 for one course and $4,688 for a more advanced one, and knows there are plenty of skeptics.'People have said I'm naive... a young punk,' he said.But Mr Han, who has an engineering diploma from Nanyang Poly, is confident of his methods.He said: 'At the end of the day, if you don't trust me, I can't force you to.'I don't make fanciful claims. I always show people my recent trading records, and they can see for themselves that yes, I do make some losses.'But, he claimed: 'But at the end of each month, I make a net gain.'Said one of his ex-students, Mr Jenson Teo, 38, who has been trading full-time for over a year: 'I went for the course in November and started using Kelvin's strategies in January.'My profits doubled and now I take home over $10,000 a month on average.'That's after taking out losses.Mr Han's company has expanded, with one branch in <city wst="on">Jakarta</city>, <country-region wst="on">Indonesia</country-region>, and another in <place wst="on"><city wst="on">Guangzhou</city>, <country-region wst="on">China</country-region></place>.

Futures trading:' Risk is high'
FOR the layman, futures trading is risky business.If you want to dabble in it, you should have deep pockets and know your stuff.That's the advice of a financial expert who spoke to The New Paper on Sunday.Said Assistant Prof Chua Choong Tze: 'The risk is high because with futures, your profit and loss is magnified many times...'So, you can imagine if you lose, you can lose quite a fair bit.'Assistant Prof Chua teaches financial courses at SMU and he's been trading in futures for two years.He added that while it's not impossible for people to make millions in a short period of time from trading in futures, you shouldn't think it's easy at all.'For a 27-year-old to make that much money this way is rare, as in Mr Han's case. But for big players like banks and hedge funds, it's common.'It's possible for them to win and lose a few million every day. They can afford this margin because their capitals are huge,' he said.Still, beating the market and making huge profits is rare.'If it's so easy, then everybody will be rich already!' he said, laughing.

This was from about $60,000 originally.'I got my friends and their friends to pool their money together.'That's how I got my capital,' said Mr Han, who went to a neighbourhood school in Chai Chee.Then, that same year, he ended up owing half a million dollars overnight after investing $100,000.He said: 'It was all due to my own impatience and arrogance. I lost money on the futures market because I thought I knew it all.'He had to repay his friends.His parents had to borrow from the bank, friends and relatives to help him.Their lifestyle changed drastically.

凯文韩真人真身已经在那晚的讲座和后来的课程里面都提到过他的操盘开公司经历。他是听了另一位在7天里面赚了120万的年轻高手的话而在恒生指数上输了大钱。此役彻底打掉了他的年轻气盛的骄傲。后来是要父母再给一次机会拿一万五千本金用了三年多时间才还债并大翻身，从此研究出一套专门对付恒生指数的方法和其他市场套路，后来在25岁才开了四家海外公司及本地培训公司的。他目前的十几个公司职员都是他的学员。除了他本人是理工学院毕业，其他人都是大学生，还有二位是奖学金得主。这些人应该不会是那么容易被他骗进公司的吧！？据说还进行了很严格的训练和考核的呢。楼主的断章取义好像很对不上号。具体的报纸大概在6月4日左右的《联合晚报》，《新明日报》，《新报》等有文图并茂的登载。请大家自己去图书馆查看一下就都很清楚了。记得好像还有个国大的付教授给写了评论。如楼主还有任何疑问，不妨去他公司问他本人不是更清楚些？！比方说问问凯文韩：那些记者教授是不是都被他出钱收买了才替他写故事拍照片打广告啊？！没时间对付专门用马甲找碴的人。其他的事我不想再跟进了。大家走自己的路吧！

楼上的，你说的是英文的新报，我还没有机会看到。而我说的是六月四日《联合晚报》上面的文章，标题大概是“青年25~6岁，开公司教人如何赚钱”，结尾还写着课程费：4688S$。看来你我讲的不是同一份报纸，也不是同一篇文章，更不是同一个记者，但是却是记录同一个人的不同侧面的故事。如果我没有记错的话，应该是国大的人做了评论。名字我忘了。请自己找那份报纸看了再说话吧。凯文有在课堂上自己谈过他炒恒生期指输大钱的详细经过，还说因为华文报都没特别写他输钱的事，所以要英文的新报记者多写一些，提醒大家投资有输钱的风险。如果你觉得我没有说清楚，报纸也没有报道很清楚，而你真的想要搞清楚真正事实真相，请最好向凯文韩本人查询吧。他公司的网站有地址和电话：<a href="http://www.zone-financial.com/">www.zone-financial.com</a>希望楼主继续给大家提供有益的财经资讯，但要找别人的毛病之前请自己先做足功课。 [em15]
