there is no way u can bypass ur boss his signature on that form is a must.

however, there r alternatives. but i think its too late for you now.

the purpose of this letter is to assure that you r still working at the company and the company acknowledge the news that you'v been approved as a PR. so as long as you can produce any evidence that can prove you r still working in the company you r ok.

here is the tricky part. call your hr department telling them that you will apply a hp line from starhub. but becoz you r under EP/SP, they will not approve it unless the company can issue a letter to starhub stating that you r working with them. once you get the letter bring them to ica with three month's paylist(with company's chop), then you will be fine. but there is the problem, as i suppose, you already told your company ur pr has been approved, and trust me they know all the tricky parts of this so this might not work. but still maybe just give a try and you will pass haha lol.

allowed to change your employer during this period, other whiles you will be asked to apply again. and you will need paylist. you can actually ask your boss for a printout. most companies keep records in their databass so thats not a big deal. and you can use other excuses to get it for example u need to apply a credit card bla bla bla..... as for EP152 as i said b4, its essential, unless you can get that letter stating you r currently working for the company.

but to be honest '要交500块的好处费,自己交3个月公积金,不用签约', this is not a bad offer. no contract just a mere 500 bucks buys you the freedom for 5 years think about it. remember as a business man we think about profit not making enemies. all your boss wants is just some money and some small money. think before you act.
