<p>hi michael, wana ask u 1 Q.</p><p>im PR, gf is applying for her PR now, estimated approval time is ard late Oct or early Nov. We've been viewing some new hdbs(&gt;5yrs), if we find the unit, how can we get the unit although the condition&nbsp;of purchasing&nbsp;is not yet fulfilled. We dun wana delay the time too much since the market is still boosting.</p><p>thanks for ur advise!</p>

We dun wana delay the time too much since the market is still boosting.</p><p>thanks for ur advise!</p></div><p>1. u are no ready to enter into the otp yet since yr GF is not even a PR</p><p>2. the seller is not ready to enter otp since they did not fullfill the MOP</p><p>if willing buyer and willing seller , then it ok to wait for 4-6 week, but in between anything happen, the otp is not valid.[ the price shoot up very high the seller does not want to honour the contract or the price drop the buyer does not want to buy, so why u want to give yrself un-wanted stress.]</p>

<p>Michael, 再次感谢你的帮助,还想再请教最后2个问题.</p><p>1) 如果我现在买了2手组屋并且得到了政府$30K的津贴,那么今后我还可以再申请跟HDB买新的房子么?</p><p>2) 昨天我在HDB的网站通过BTO提交了申请,可是我仔细考虑后又觉得需要等待的时间太长,差多5年时间才可以住上新房.</p><p>如果我现在想取消我的申请,直接打电话去HDB就可以了么?是否会有什么惩罚,对我今后申请买房子会有不良影响么?请赐教.</p><p></p>

hi, micheal. i am a sc, wanna to buy a resale flat(4-rm or 5-rm)&nbsp;with my parents(lsvp) recently. My working place most likely will be&nbsp;located around&nbsp;central area in future. i m looking for the place which near mrt, and takes about 30mins of travelling to central.My budget is about 270-280k.can i invite u as my agent. u can contact me at 9747109. thx. looking forward ur reply.
