[求助]关于HDB房契的问题？

请教:买了HBD的组屋，请问是不是应该有什么纸面的证明呀？比如房契什么的？
因为自两周前second appointment后，房子已经转到名下了，但到目前为止，还没有收到什么纸面的证明，只收到几封HBD/CPF的信，都和房契无关。
问中介，中介说要收到个什么信，但他也没说具体会是什么内容的信。

<p>房契=duplicate lease(hdb term)</p><p>u will only have it when u have full settle yr hse loan or not it will keep in possess with the bank.</p>

<p>when u go to second appointment,(u apply for bank loan , i believe u did not attend the second appt in hdb hub, u should go to yr lawyer firm to collect key and the rest of the form.) u go and see the form carefully , there is one copy which allow u to go to hdb branch office to apply for renovation permit , (in the event u want to to renovation) , that copy is more that enough to certify/confirm yr status/ ownership.</p><p></p>
