请教一下,大家最近买房拿什么贷款配套的?都有一些什么好处

<p>can you list some more details about maybank package?</p><p>How do you think POSB home ideal loan package? it is pegged to CPF rate. But the interest is very high, 4% onwards.I think it should be more stable.</p><p>Thanks!</p>

<p>maybank的那个lock in 2 years已经没有了,这个利率很吸引人,</p><p>所以感觉他剩下的没那么好了,</p><p>就fix得来讲,他还没 hong leong finance低呢,现在比较下来,就hong leong最便宜了呢,</p><p>可是他怎么样都只是个财务公司,好难啊</p><p></p>

<p>我询问过很多银行,利率都是一样的,只有HSBC偏高。律师费DBS的最低,因为可以自己选,(S$1800)。UOB是2。5K,其他都是2K。都有0。4%的补贴。</p><p>不同的是各个银行的PROMOTION。如果你能存下钱的话,可以考虑CITIBANK,因为那里提供一个特别储蓄帐户,利率和你的贷款利率一样。也就是说,可以抵消很多利息。。</p><p></p>

我们最近买HDB flat, 签了POSB Home Ideal。也就是和CPF挂钩的那个。第一年是(CHR 2.5%+1.25 = 3.75),第二年以后(CHR 2.5%+1.5%=4)。比其他的浮动的或者几年固定的要稍微高一点,不过算算每个月就是差了小几十元,而且觉得稳定一些。另外如果你要求两年Lock-in,一年后可以得到1800元现金。<br/><br/>我觉得长久来看,比CHR +1.5%低的利率,应该不会低多少。也就是相对不会亏多少吧。风险不大。是不是我有点悲观倾向?嗬嗬。<br/><br/>总之,要想多省利息,只能努力赚钱,尽早还完咯。<br/>

楼上的朋友,替你算了一下。前2年都多0。5%的利息,假设贷20万,前2年多出的利息就是2000,第3年开始每年多500。等于每月多出40元买个稳定。。

<p>关键我这边新加坡的同事都觉得这个home ideal plan不好,他们讲cpf只是这几年没变,以前是经常变得,最高到4%,</p><p>他们觉得这个利息太高了,如果他再调个0.5%,你就哭了,人家只出3。5%,</p><p>他们觉得这是个绝对骗人的计划,</p><p>听得我都不知道选什么好了</p>
