any house agent to recommend?

plan to buy a resale hdb flat, 3 or 4 room type, near mrt. does anyone have good house agent (integrity, honesty etc, having car) to recommend?<br/><br/>ps: first time, no experience. how to tell if the agent is good or not. are all agents having the same charge? or should choose agency company instead of agent?<br/><br/>looking for help here. plez advice me and many thanks.<br/>
