Form 48R 你可以在网上download.网址也可以在下面找到。祝申请顺利。Cheers!</div><div></div><div><h4><strong><a id="Visitor Visas (non-ETAs)" name="Visitor Visas (non-ETAs)">Visitor Visas (non-ETAs)</a></strong></h4><ul><li>If you do not hold a passport from an ETA-eligible country, you will need to apply for a visitor visa at the Immigration section during counter hours. </li><li>To make an application for a Visitor Visa ( non-ETA) you will need: </li></ul><ol><ol><li>Form 48R, which can be downloaded from <a href="http://www.immi.gov.au/">www.immi.gov.au</a>
</li><li>a letter from your employer stating your position, length of employment, monthly salary and dates of leave granted (or company registration details if self-employed) OR </li><li>a letter from your education provider if you are a student </li><li>confirmed flight itinerary (booking slip) and accommodation booking </li><li>evidence of funds such as a current bank statement, showing a history of savings, and a balance sufficient for the proposed length of stay </li><li>evidence of your residency, eg Singapore PR card/employment pass - please provide a copy for our records </li><li>undertaking of support by family/friends in Australia (eg covering accommodation, food, finances), if relevant </li><li>one passport-sized photo </li><li>passport and photocopy of your passport biodata page and any endorsements (eg extensions) </li><li><a href="http://www.singapore.embassy.gov.au/sing/files/letter_of_consent.doc">consent letter for child under 18 years</a> (Word) </li><li>medical clearance may be required if you are over 70 years of age (High Commission staff will advise at time of lodgement </li><li>visitors over 70 years of age are also required to have health insurance </li><li>you may be asked for additional background information (see Form 1221 at <a href="http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1221.pdf">http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1221.pdf</a>) </li></ol></ol><ul><li>A <a href="http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/990i.htm#index">Visa Application Charge (Fee) is payable</a>
